Treatment time varies
- With the complexity of the misalignment - really wacked out or not so much
- How fast an individual's teeth move
How Are Invisalign Aligners Made?
First, your teeth are digitally measured
- Next, we work with Invisalign software to design the treatment plan
- All the treatment aligners are created at the beginning of treatment
- One can estimate treatment time based on the number of aligners
- Each aligner is worn for twenty two hours per day continually for two weeks
- For ten aligners, treatment will take about twenty weeks
- Certification training for us and our team is mandatory
- New techniques may reduce treatment time and improve the process
Who Is A Good Candidate For Invisalign?
- Most people with misaligned teeth and willing to comply with the treatment plan
- Often, someone who had previous orthodontics but failed to use their retainer
- Children, including Ben's son, can be treated with Invisalign
- Dentists determine compliance as there is a tell tale blue dot - no cheating please!
